1) Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 2–3 working days unless we have postal strikes which may cause your order to be delayed, or the items are out of stock. For overseas postal cost
please give st.clairshair a call (01924 361 999) as we will be happy to help or email info@stclairshair.co.uk
2) Prices
We will endeavour to hold the prices as shown on this website.
Stclairshair explicitly retains the right at any time to revise prices to take into account any increase in costs, including the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and variation in exchange rates. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of any relevant revision of prices at the time of confirmation of your order. Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted will include VAT and any other tax or duty payable.
3) Payments
Payments in full must be made prior to dispatch of any order.
We accept payment by majority of credit cards and debit cards.
We do not accept payment by cheques.
4) Returns
We are committed to complete customer satisfaction, however all items purchased via the website can not be returned unless they have a manufacturers fault. They must be returned within 7 working days, by recorded delivery, at your own cost. A refund or exchange can not be guranteeded.
5) Colours
Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished item?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more infomation.
